Rania (Hangul: 라니아, stylized as RaNia) is a seven member South Korean girl group, who debuted in South Korea, was produced by Teddy Riley and PMG. The group name stands for "Regeneration Networked Idol of Asia". [1] While six of the members are Korean, Joy is the only Thai member [2]. They released the dance track "Dr. Feel Good" in 2011.[3]
In an interview with Donga News, Rania member, Jooyi, stated that she had turned down the offer of joining the project group that today is 2NE1.[4] As of May 2011, Teddy Riley has officially ended his professional relationship with the group.[5]
